Vinci - Video at the Service of Safety and Integration
For Vinci Construction, we produced a multitude of multilingual video welcome booklets designed to introduce teams, projects, safety, and corporate culture. The series was designed to promote employees while strengthening the group's cohesion and image among new hires and subcontractors.
The project
Vinci Construction entrusted us with the creation of several multilingual video welcome booklets (French, English, Romanian, Arabic, Portuguese) to support the integration of new employees. Immersed in the group's various sites, we created a series of short, dynamic, and engaging films presenting the teams, construction sites, safety regulations, and group values.
The goal was twofold: to inform and unite. Thanks to our bilingual, responsive team, well-versed in multi-site filming, we ensured seamless production across the country. The entire process was enhanced with motion design elements and rigorous post-production.
