Giving Voice to Interdisciplinarity — Filmed Portraits from the 2025 General Seminar
At the heart of the 2025 General Seminar of the Collegium Musicae at Sorbonne University, we recorded six interviews bringing together researchers, artists, and professionals. This series was designed to reveal the richness of perspectives, the strength of interdisciplinarity, and the growing impact of the Collegium Musicae at Sorbonne University in the fields of art, science, and research.
The project
For this 2025 edition of the General Seminar, the Collegium Musicae of Sorbonne University wanted short interviews to showcase its diversity. We proposed going further: a more personal format, questions tailored to each speaker, and a coherent visual design to highlight the art-science dimension so important to the Collegium Musicae of Sorbonne University.
Alongside cinematographer Charles-Hubert Morin, we filmed six portraits that reveal how research, artistic practice, and innovation interact within this unique community. A restrained, elegant creation, true to the spirit of the Collegium Musicae at Sorbonne University.
